get up.. get going.

I was focused on my physical health the end of last year but really fell off the wagon -shocking- I now realize that I NEEDED to focus on my mental health before I could really throw myself into my physical health.

It wouldn't have mattered if I lost 50 pounds, I wouldn't of been happy. I STILL would of had a rain cloud raining on my parade because I was not mentally well.

Since seeking therapy, getting things off my chest, learning about boundaries, practicing how to put myself before anyone else, and to put it simply, working on my mental health, I am now ready to start working on my physical health.

I am starting slow, I have a few challenges for myself in May! 1. NO EATING OUT / NO FAST FOOD 2. WALK THE DOG(S) DAILY 3. NO POP / CHOCOLATE

Everything else I choose to do on top of these is extra and I am so darn excited to give it everything I got to stick to this challenge.

I am excited to keep working on my mental health but also adding my physical health into this process of change as well.
